1. No Verification of Information
PosterBB does not check, verify, validate, or endorse any information, listing, post, user identity, credential, product, or service posted on this platform. We do not verify user age, user profile, user location, or any financial or personal sensitive information. All content is user-generated. You are solely responsible for verifying any information yourself before making any decision, transaction, or contact based on content found on this site.
2. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content you post and all actions you take on this platform. You must ensure that your posts are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on the rights of others. You must conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any other user.
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use this platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: fraud, scams, sale of illegal goods or substances, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Your Member ID is permanent and non-transferable, and your account is tied to your registered email address. PosterBB will not be responsible for protecting your account from unauthorized access, and we will not assist in recovering an account that has been forgotten, compromised, or stolen. You use this platform at your own risk.
7. Contact Information
By posting your contact information (email, phone) on this platform, you consent to other registered users contacting you regarding your listing. PosterBB is not responsible for any communications, agreements, or disputes between users.
8. Post Expiry & Content Removal
Posts expire after a maximum of 1 year. You may delete your own posts at any time. We reserve the right to remove any post or account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
9. AI Classification
Posts are automatically classified by AI. AI classification may not always be accurate. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your post content regardless of how it is classified.
10. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform (email, username, posts). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Contact information you include in posts is visible to registered users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
